Located on the 1st floor, our holiday apartment "Rauchenberg" offers 54m² (extendable to 72m² for an extra charge) for 2-5 people. On your own balcony on the southwest side you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Relaxed holidays with a fully equipped large kitchen, a corner seat for 6 people, a pull-out couch, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet with sink and of course with a large flat screen TV and WiFi throughout the house. The apartment can be flexibly expanded with the room "Grandpa Bergerl", which also offers a bedroom with its own bathroom and TV (just make an inquiry).
The Salzburger Saalachtal Card is automatically included with all guests from May 1st to October 31st and offers you numerous discounts!

The 18m² additional room "Grandpa Berger" is located on the 1st floor and is suitable for 2 people. The double room with a large box spring bed (180x200) can be converted into a 2-bed room (90x200) on request. The private bathroom with shower (90x90), toilet, washbasin and hair dryer, a cloakroom, a massive wooden cabinet with chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV leave nothing to be desired.
Drying room & playroom
So that nothing is missing!
The drying room offers enough space to hang up wet ski or hiking clothing to dry and to store shoes.
Children can let off steam in our playroom! There is a motor skills wall, board and parlor games, a football table and Duplo bricks and wooden rails for the little ones.
